Each participant is required to complete the registration form and send it to the Local Organizing Committee. Our email address is: njss2008@njnu.edu.cn. After LOC receives the forms, we will send you a confirmation of reception (by E-mail). If necessary, you can have an official invitation for relative visa affairs.

Deadline:
The deadline for registration is January 30th, 2008

Limitation:
The number of participants is limited (Maximum: 60) because of technical reasons (practical sessions, excursions). We will accept your application according to the time order you send the registration form. As soon as we receive your registration form, we will inform you about the reception of the form and possible limitation. For pre-registered participants the limitation is not valid.

Fee:
Thanks to the financial support of the ISPRS Council, the Key Laboratory of Virtual Geographic Environment (Nanjing Normal University) Ministry of Education, and other sponsors and donators the fee is symbolic. The conference registration fee is 1200RMB which includes tuition, study materials, technical visits and social events, accommodation, daily meals and refreshments snack.
Early registration discount – Forms must be sent on or before January 30th 2007 in order to be eligible for early registration discount:
Early registration - till January 30th 2007:          1000RMB
Full registration fee – After January 30th 2007:   1200RMB

In your registration, you need to write down whether or not participate in ISPRS Beijing Congress
Usually two participants will share a double room. Anyone who needs a single room or has special wish about accommodation, please contact us (njss2008@njnu.edu.cn)

Student Session: Call for Young Author's Papers
We encourage students and young scholars to share your achievement with us. In this Summer School we set a student session for learning and discussing about the students’ paper. Whoever interest in this session, please send us your abstract with the registration form by mail and bring your full paper and PowerPoint document on the registration day. We will select the paper according to the quality and relativity with theme topic.

Payment:
We only provide the participants with on-site payment way. You can finish foreign-exchange at airport.

Target Group
The target group are advanced undergraduate and post-graduate students, as well as young researchers which have affinity for the subject of the summer school.
